   Visit the sign-up link

   Go to app.payhoa.com/sign-up/35136-walnut-mountain — this link is specific to Walnut Mountain POA.

   Verify your residency

   Enter your name and property address. PayHOA will match these against the POA's owner records to confirm you're a Walnut Mountain property owner.

   Create a password

   Choose a secure password for your account. You'll use your email address and this password to log in going forward.

   Verify your email

   PayHOA will send a confirmation email to the address you provided. Click the link inside to activate your account.
